Via 313 is seeking an Assistant Manager in Round Rock, TX to lead daily restaurant operations and develop a strong team. You will coach staff, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and drive sales while maintaining high standards of hospitality and safety.

You should have 2–3 years of leadership experience in a restaurant, be 21+, and proficient with Microsoft Office. This full‑time role offers a competitive salary and opportunities for growth within the Via 313 family.

A Day in the Life

As a Via 313 Assistant Manager, you'll work alongside your restaurant leadership team to support daily operations, develop team members, and make sure we're delivering on our promise of Every Guest. Every Pizza. Every Experience.

You'll be present on the floor, leading by example and helping your team succeed during every shift.
