Job summary

Tc4 & Co Hospitality is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to lead both front-of-house and back-of-house operations while ensuring top guest service and food quality. You will help manage opening hours, staffing, and daily workflows in a fast-paced Austin-area restaurant.

The ideal candidate brings hospitality experience, strong people skills, and a commitment to cost control and ongoing staff development. Salary ranges from $55k to $65k based on experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Restaurant Assistant Manager or similar in hospitality.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software, like Aloha/Toast.
• Good math and reporting skills.
• Customer service attitude with communication and team management.
• High school diploma; hospitality certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FOH & BOH operations to uphold guest service & food quality standards.
• Be available to work within opening hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Help minimize operating costs and boost employee retention.
• Deliver a positive dining experience for guests.
