Responsibilities

• Assist in leading daily restaurant operations and team performance.
• Develop, coach, and motivate crew members and shift managers.
• Ensure top-quality guest service and professionally resolve guest concerns.
• Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and adherence to operational standards.
• Support staffing, scheduling, and team development initiatives.
• Track labor, inventory, food costs, and support cash controls to maintain profitability.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures and maintain security standards.
• Step in for the General Manager as needed, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
