Job summary

Via 313 Round Rock is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations, develop team members, and ensure memorable guest experiences across shifts.

You'll coach staff, maintain high standards, and drive profitability while fostering a culture of hospitality and accountability on the floor. Competitive pay reflects experience and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2–3 years of restaurant leadership experience preferred.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

$50,000–$55,000 annually Starting salary is based on experience and qualifications.

A Day in the Life

As a Via 313 Assistant Manager, you'll work alongside your restaurant leadership team to support daily operations, develop team members, and make sure we're delivering on our promise of Every Guest. Every Pizza. Every Experience.
