Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.

• Ensures ongoing training and coaching for team members.

• Recognizes and celebrates team successes.
• Coach brand service behaviors—train, observe, feedback, celebrate.
• Monitor speed of service to meet guest expectations.
• Maintain welcoming, clean restaurant.
• Ensure product quality and operational standards are met.
• Partner with GM to improve guest metrics.
• Review sales and scheduling to meet QSC goals.
• Ensure accurate daily numbers and HACCP logs.
• Review inventory to create product orders.
• Evaluate and implement cost controls.
• Monitor people charts and schedule postings.
• Onboard new team members and manage onboarding process.
• Implement action plans addressing employee needs and operational assessments.
