Job summary

Burger King in Houston is seeking an energetic supervisor to join our growing team. You will guide daily restaurant operations, coach team members, and ensure outstanding guest satisfaction through every interaction.

You will train new hires, drive service speed and quality, maintain cleanliness, and partner with the General Manager to meet financial and guest-service goals. This role offers growth within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.
