Job summary

Burger King Dorchester is seeking a motivated Shift Supervisor to lead a fast-paced restaurant team and deliver exceptional guest experiences at 1208 Dorchester Ave, Dorchester, MA 02125.

You will oversee training, coaching, scheduling and daily operations, ensuring quality, service and cleanliness while meeting financial goals. 1–2 years of supervisory experience and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in line with Burger King standards.
• Willingness to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.
