Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Food Safety Certified.
• 1-2 years restaurant management experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and general systems.

Responsibilities

• Builds sales and profits by promoting Guest satisfaction and managing restaurant operations.
• Assists the General Manager with executing the restaurant plan and achieving goals.
• Involved in interviewing and hiring the right Team Members.
• Trains Team Members on operations, policies and Guest service.
• Provides regular feedback and coaching to Team Members.
• Ensures a safe, clean and energetic environment for employees and Guests.
• Escalates concerns or policy violations to the General Manager.
