Job summary

Checkers & Rally’s in Missouri is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in achieving sales and profits while ensuring Guest and Team service excellence. The role involves building sales, training Team Members, and maintaining a safe, clean, and energetic dining environment.

A high school diploma and Food Safety certification are preferred, with 1-2 years of QSR restaurant management experience. You’ll lead by example and help foster a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Food Safety Certified.
• 1-2 years restaurant management experience, preferably in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR).
• Basic math skills.
• Microsoft Office and general systems experience.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal and written communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Build sales and profits by promoting Guest satisfaction and managing restaurant operations.
• Escalate concerns or recommendations with the restaurant, employees or Guests to the General Manager.
• Assist with interviewing and hiring the right Team Members.
• Ensure policy and procedures are followed on shifts.
• Train Team Members on operations, policies and Guest service.
• Provide regular feedback and coaching to Team Members on performance.
