Job summary

Checkers & Rally’s in Missouri is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager by driving sales and profits, overseeing daily restaurant operations and delivering excellent guest and team service. You will help implement the restaurant plan and ensure performance meets goals.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of restaurant management experience in QSR, a high school diploma or GED, and Food Safety Certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Food Safety Certification.
• 1–2 years restaurant management in QSR.
• Basic math skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general systems.

Responsibilities

• Build sales and profits by promoting guest satisfaction and managing restaurant operations.
• Escalate concerns or recommendations to the General Manager.
• Assist with interviewing and hiring the right Team Members.
• Ensure policy and procedures are followed on shifts.
• Train Team Members on operations, Company policies and procedures and Guest service.
• Identifying and responding to complaints and policy and procedure violations.
• Providing regular feedback and coaching to Team Members on their performance.
• Helping ensure the restaurant is a safe, clean and fun environment for our employees and Guests.
