Job summary

Cafua Management Company is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a Dunkin franchise location in Providence. You will drive strong team leadership, guest service, and operational excellence to deliver quality products and fast, friendly service in a clean restaurant.

Responsibilities include staffing, coaching, cost control, and executing promotions while ensuring compliance with laws and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Flexible working hours may be required.
• Proficient in English for guest interaction and supervision.
• At least 2 years of management experience in retail or food service.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train and develop their employees
• Plan, monitor, appraise and review their employees’ job performance
• Provide coaching and feedback; disciplines when appropriate
• Create and maintain a guest first culture in the restaurant
• Ensure all shifts are appropriately staffed with qualified team members
• Maintain safe, secure, and healthy environment by following safety and sanitation guidelines
• Control costs to maximize profitability
• Execute in-restaurant marketing promotions and new product roll-outs
• Set sales goals and track results
