• Team Management and Development: supervise and train crew and shift managers, schedule staffing, and conduct evaluations.
• Customer Satisfaction: ensure exceptional service and uphold brand standards.
• Financial Management: monitor sales, costs, and labor to achieve targets; analyze reports for improvement.
• Inventory and Supply Chain Management: manage stock levels and proper storage to minimize waste.
• Compliance and Safety: ensure health, safety, and sanitation standards; conduct regular audits.
• Communication and Collaboration: coordinate with restaurant manager, staff, and HQ.
