Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor resources to maximize profitability and minimize waste.
• Supervise and train crew members and shift managers.
• Assist in staffing and scheduling to meet customer demand.
• Conduct performance evaluations in collaboration with the RGM.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism.
