Responsibilities

• Assist the restaurant general manager in overseeing daily operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, and shift management.
• Supervise and train crew members and shift managers, provide guidance and coaching, and manage staffing levels.
• Ensure exceptional customer service, address inquiries, resolve complaints, and uphold hospitality standards.
• Assist in managing finances, monitoring sales and expenses, and analyzing reports to improve performance.
• Oversee inventory and ordering to meet needs while minimizing waste and ensuring freshness.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations and company policies.
• Communicate operational updates and collaborate with kitchen, servers, and support staff.
