This role emphasizes leadership, team development, and daily financial and operational performance. Responsibilities include overseeing shifts, ensuring food safety, maintaining clean facilities, and managing staffing to meet service demands.

Qualifications

• Supervisory/assistant management experience in restaurant operations.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to motivate teams.
• Solid knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Excellent customer service orientation and hospitality standards.
• Experience with shift scheduling, staffing, and operational workflow.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations in collaboration with the RGM.
• Monitor cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety compliance.
• Lead, train, and develop crew and shift leads; manage staffing levels.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve guest inquiries and complaints.
• Assist in managing finances, including sales, expenses, and cost control.
• Track inventory and ordering; manage supply levels and rotation.
• Communicate operational updates to staff and partners; uphold brand standards.
