Taco Bell is seeking an Assistant Manager in Brick, NJ to support the Restaurant General Manager in daily operations, staffing, and guest experience. You will lead shifts, ensure Food Safety standards, and drive performance in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include supervising team members, managing schedules, maintaining cleanliness, and helping meet financial targets while delivering exceptional service to guests.

Qualifications

• Must have experience supervising or managing a team in a restaurant setting.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and standards.
• Ability to train and develop team members and shift leads.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations with the Restaurant General Manager, including opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
• Monitor restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, and compliance with food safety regulations.
• Schedule shifts and manage staffing levels to meet service needs.
• Coach and supervise crew, shift managers, and trainers to improve performance.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve complaints in a timely manner.
• Analyze sales and labor costs, and assist in controlling costs to meet financial targets.
