Responsibilities

• Assist the restaurant general manager in overseeing daily operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, and shift management.
• Monitor cleanliness, sanitation, and adherence to food safety regulations.
• Ensure efficient use of resources to maximize profitability and minimize waste.
• Supervise and train crew members and shift managers; provide guidance and coaching.
• Schedule shifts and manage staffing to meet service and operational needs.
• Conduct performance evaluations and, when needed, disciplinary actions.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints to maintain hospitality standards.
• Assist in managing finances, including sales, costs, and labor.
