Qualifications

• Supervisory or assistant management experience in a restaurant.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: oversee daily operations, opening/closing, cash handling and shift management.
• Team Management and Development: supervise, train, schedule, evaluate and coach staff.
• Customer Satisfaction: ensure exceptional service and hospitality standards.
• Financial Management: monitor sales/expenses, control costs and analyze reports.
• Inventory and Supply Chain Management: manage stock and ordering, minimize waste.
• Compliance and Safety: enforce health/safety regulations and audits.
• Communication and Collaboration: coordinate with manager, staff and HQ.
