Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations with GM, including opening/closing, cash handling and shift management.
• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards are met.
• Supervise and train crew and shift managers, provide coaching.
• Schedule shifts and manage staffing to meet service needs.
• Monitor service quality and customer hospitality standards.
• Assist in managing restaurant finances, costs, and profitability.
