Job summary

Circle K in Wagener, SC is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations, coach the team, and partner with the management team to uphold brand standards and guest satisfaction.

You will supervise shifts, ensure food safety, manage cash and inventory, and help with training and promotions while living Circle K values. This part-time role requires flexibility across days and evenings and a commitment to outstanding guest service.

Qualifications

• Full time required; availability during all hours of operation and at least one hour pre-opening and post-closing required
• Valid state Driver’s License required

Responsibilities

• Assist RM with daily operations and supervise the team in their absence
• Lead and coach Restaurant Team Members and partners with management to maintain standards
• Ensure guest satisfaction and food safety while upholding health department regulations
• Complete shift and end-of-day paperwork, manage cash counts and inventory
• Communicate incidents and ensure accountability with the RM when needed
