Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• 1–2 years of QSR management experience; leadership impact on profitability.
• Demonstrated leadership and guest service understanding.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; long/irregular shifts.
• Knowledge of cash control and security procedures.

Responsibilities

• Helps manage inventory costs, places orders, and tracks assets.
• Directs operations to ensure quick, accurate product prep and delivery.
• Coaches Shifts Coordinators and Team Members to boost performance.
• Upholds brand standards, safety, and cash-handling procedures.
• Performs duties of Hourly Shift Coordinator as needed.
• Collaborates with RGM to drive profitability and guest service.
