Job summary

Circle K Stores Inc. North Canton, OH is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations and lead the team in the manager's absence. This role requires strong guest service, coaching ability, and adherence to brand standards while ensuring safety and quality.

The RAM will manage shift duties, supervise team members, perform end-of-day reports, and partner with the RM to meet operational metrics, with a focus on customer satisfaction and smooth store operations.

Qualifications

• Full-time availability across all hours of operation (including pre-opening and post-closing)

Responsibilities

• Complete opening/closing paperwork and end-of-period tasks
