Beyond Catering is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead hourly team members and drive dining excellence. You will oversee daily operations, coach staff, and utilize industry tools to manage restaurant performance, with a path toward future Restaurant Manager roles.

This role emphasizes strong leadership, training, and execution of brand standards to deliver exceptional guest experiences and sustain growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in restaurant or retail (QSR preferred).
• Ability to lead 10+ team members per shift.
• Some experience with budgets, payroll, revenue and forecasting.
• Knowledge of common restaurant practices, concepts and procedures.
• Strong administrative, multitasking, organizational and prioritizing skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to established training programs.
• Provide guidance to our team and lead them toward success.
• Enforce policies, procedures and controls.
• Assist senior management with shift planners and checklists.
• Communicate new information and procedures to staff.
• Utilize the Management Communication Log during shifts.
• Assist with development and training of staff.
• Aim to achieve sales targets.
• Identify revenue areas and development strategies to impact sales.
• Support advertising, marketing plans, HR and training materials.
• Manage and control direct expenses.
