Circle K is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager in Indianapolis to support the Restaurant Manager in daily ops, coach Team Members, and uphold brand standards. This role leads shifts, ensures food safety, and maintains a guest-focused environment.

You’ll handle cash control, inventory, and reporting, participate in training, and help drive performance to meet financial and service goals. Flexible shift availability and full-time employment are expected.

Qualifications

• Full time required; availability during all hours of operation and at least one hour pre-opening and post-closing required
• Valid state Driver’s License required
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner; coaches and corrects team
• Directs team and ensures all food items are prepared and served in accordance with Brand, Company, and health department regulations
• Monitors and ensures accuracy of all cash, sales, and inventory control records for the duration of the shift
• Completes end of shift and end of day paperwork and counts as required
• Guarantees a safe environment for team members and guests by following all laws and safety codes
• Partners with the RM and takes ownership to ensure all metrics are met, resulting in a profitable restaurant
