Responsibilities

• Assists the Restaurant Manager with daily operations.
• Leads and coaches Restaurant Team Members in the RM’s absence.
• Ensures food safety and Brand standards are met.
• Manages cash, sales, and inventory records during shifts.
• Completes shift paperwork and communicates discrepancies.
