Responsibilities

• Manage the restaurant to which he/she is assigned and supervise up to a dozen team members during the shift.
• Interview, select and train new team members.
• Maintain and increase unit sales and focus on guest service and front of house operations.
• Ensure food safety, quality and appearance standards on the serving counter.
• Handle administrative duties including payroll, time and attendance, and accounts receivable daily.
• Manage operating costs including food and labor, and review financial statements for corrective action.
