Qualifications

• High school education required with some restaurant management or supervisory experience.
• Strong people and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of math and financial statements, use of computers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the restaurant operations for the assigned location.
• Supervise upwards of a dozen team members per shift.
• Interview, select and train new team members.
• Maintain and retain staff files and documentation.
• Focus on increasing unit sales and implementing local marketing.
• Ensure guest service and front-of-house operations meet standards.
• Direct team to maintain food safety, quality, and appearance on serving counter.
• Monitor POP materials and ensure brand standards.
• Make hiring, firing, and promotion recommendations with weight.
• Manage shifts with or without additional management present.
