Qualifications

Responsibilities

• The management of the restaurant to which he/she is assigned.
• Supervise upwards of a dozen team members during each shift.
• Interview, select and train new team members.
• Document and retain team member files.
• Maintain and increase unit sales using local store marketing.
• Focus on guest service and front-of-house operations each shift.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and appearance standards are met.
• Maintain POP materials as set by company.
• Recommend hiring, firing, and promotion decisions.
• Manage shifts with or without other management present.
• Set hours of work for team members.
• Assist in inventory management.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
