Circle K is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations and supervise the team in the absence of the Restaurant Manager. The RAM leads and coaches Team Members, ensuring brand standards and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include coaching, scheduling, inventory control, cash handling, and maintaining food safety. This role requires full-time availability, a valid license, and a dedication to fast, friendly service in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Full time required; availability during all hours of operation and at least one hour pre-opening and post-closing required
• Valid state Driver’s License required

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner; coaches and corrects team
• Directs team and ensures all food items are prepared and served in accordance with all Brand, Company, and health department regulations
• Monitors cash, sales, and inventory control records; completes end of shift paperwork and reports discrepancies
• In absence of RM, RAM completes daily, weekly and end of period paperwork and other admin duties
• Guaranties a safe environment for team members and guests by following all laws and safety codes
• Partners with RM to meet financial and operational metrics
