Job summary

Circle K in Austin, TX is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, supervise the team, and uphold brand standards. You will coach team members, ensure food safety, and deliver guest satisfaction.

The RAM leads shifts, handles inventory, cash control, and administrative tasks when RM is absent, while living Circle K values of One Team, Do the Right Thing, and Ownership.

Qualifications

• Full time; availability during all hours of operation and at least one hour pre-opening and post-closing.
• Valid state Driver’s License required.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides guest service in a fast and friendly manner; coaches and corrects team.
• Conducts interviews for team members and shift leads.
• Maintains clean restaurant and delegates shift duties.
• Ensures food items meet brand, company, and health regulations.
• Delivers training on new products.
• Manages inventory, cash, and end-of-shift paperwork.
• Under RM, completes daily/weekly/end-of-period tasks and reports.
• Maintains a safe environment per laws and safety codes.
• Partners with RM to meet financial and operational targets.
• Upholds Circle K values: One Team, Do the Right Thing, Ownership, Win.
