Job summary

Dhanani Group Inc., a Burger King franchise in Hudson, MA, is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead our team and drive guest satisfaction. You will supervise daily operations, coach team members, and ensure service quality while meeting financial goals.

You will train new hires, run engaging shift huddles, monitor speed of service, and uphold food safety standards. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years supervisory experience, strong communication, and a passion for delivering memorable guest

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong guest service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Available to work all shifts; weekends and holidays.

• Partners with GM to improve guest metrics and outcomes.
• Reviews sales and scheduling to ensure QSC goals are met.
• Manages daily numbers, cash handling, and HACCP logs.
• Reviews inventory and cost controls to optimize orders.
• Monitors staffing and production planning; adjusts as needed.
• Creates and manages onboarding for new team members.
• Implements action plans addressing employee needs and operational assessments.
