Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop Servant Leaders—puts people and restaurant first.
• Create memorable guest experiences.
• Maintain balance between employee/guest experience and financial goals.
• Welcomes new team members and provides training.
• Lead team huddles to motivate and inform the team.
• Ensure ongoing training and coaching for team members.
• Build the capability of shift supervisors for the next level.
• Thank the team and celebrate success.
• Coach brand service behaviors: train, observe, provide feedback, celebrate.
• Monitor speed of service to meet guest expectations.
• Ensure restaurant is welcoming and clean.
• Ensure product quality and operations standards are met.
• Partner with GM to create action plans to improve guest metrics.
• Review sales/scheduling to meet QSC standards.
• Ensure accurate daily numbers, cash handling, and HACCP logs.
• Review inventory to inform product orders.
• Evaluate cost controls and adjust as needed.
• Monitor people charts and production planning.
• Create and monitor schedules and onboard new team members.
• Implement action plans addressing staff needs and operational assessments.
