Job summary

Dhanani Group Inc. is seeking a hands-on restaurant supervisor in Omaha, NE to lead a fast-paced Burger King team. You will coach staff, ensure service excellence, manage scheduling, and uphold quality, service, and cleanliness standards across shifts.

You will train new hires, conduct team huddles, and implement action plans to improve guest metrics while balancing financial goals. Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

• Coach brand service behaviors—train, observe, provide feedback, celebrate.
• Monitor speed of service to meet guest expectations.
• Maintain a welcoming and clean restaurant environment.
• Ensure product quality and operational standards.
• Partner with GM to improve guest metrics and action plans.
• Review sales and scheduling to meet QSC standards.
• Ensure daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs are accurate.
• Review inventory and place product orders efficiently.
• Evaluate and implement cost controls.
• Monitor people charts and scheduling adjustments.
• Create schedules and manage onboarding for new team members.
• Implement actions to address employee needs and operational assessments.
