Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• 1–3 years of management experience required.
• Restaurant management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to meet standards and policies.
• Develop and maintain staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage.
• Provide coaching and development to team members and conduct performance reviews.
• Maintain service quality, food safety, and cleanliness across shifts.
• Escalate issues to General Manager when needed.
• Foster a positive culture and motivate the team to meet quarterly goals.
