Job summary

Pilot Flying J is seeking a highly-skilled Restaurant Assistant Manager to help run our high-volume quick service restaurants within travel centers. You will support the Restaurant General Manager and oversee day-to-day operations, guest satisfaction, food quality, and safety standards.

Responsibilities include stepping in for the GM, coaching Team Members, directing work, and maintaining a positive, efficient environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent certification is required.
• Minimum one year of food service management experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM in selecting, coaching, training and developing Team Members
• Direct and assign work to Team Members
• Creating a positive work environment for team members
• Expedite food service and assist with food preparation
