Pilot Flying J in Alabama is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to help run our high-volume, quick service restaurants at travel centers. You will support the Restaurant General Manager, coach Team Members, direct daily tasks, ensure guest satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and food safety, and help build a positive work environment.

This role requires a high school diploma, at least one year of food service management, and the ability to work a flexible schedule.

• Must have strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Demonstrates integrity and accountability at the managerial level.
• Flexible schedule availability required.

Responsibilities

• Fill in for the Restaurant General Manager.
