Pilot Flying J is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to help run our high-volume, quick service restaurants. You will assist the Restaurant General Manager and help manage operations within a travel center.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of food service management experience, and the ability to work a flexible schedule. Competitive pay and benefits are offered, along with opportunities to lead and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Fill in for the Restaurant General Manager.
• Assist GM in selecting, coaching, training and developing Team Members.
• Direct and assign work to Team Members.
• Create a positive work environment for team members.
• Expedite food service and assist with food preparation.
• Ensure high level of guest satisfaction, food quality, restaurant cleanliness, and a strong food safety environment.
