Job summary

AES Restaurants in Cornelia, GA is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to lead daily operations and guide the team toward a great guest experience. You will set the tone for service, uphold standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness, and ensure your crew delivers exceptional hospitality.

You will hire, train and coach staff, manage cash and inventory, and partner with the General Manager to achieve performance goals in operations and finances.

Qualifications

• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Ability to stand 8–10 hours.
