AES Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to guide the team in delivering a positive guest experience, uphold quality, safety, and cleanliness, and support the General Manager in daily operations.

You’ll lead service excellence, coach staff, manage cash and inventory, and drive restaurant performance across service, operations, and financial results while complying with all laws and company policies.

Qualifikationen

• Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
