Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. (Hardee's) is seeking a Restaurant Manager in the United States to lead daily operations, mentor crew, and ensure top service, quality, and safety standards. You will drive guest satisfaction, manage labor, and model professional leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must meet physical demands of the role.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Ability to work all shifts including weekends.
• Pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Operate the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager and assist in sales growth.
• Interview and hire qualified staff.
• Schedule sufficient staff to operate the restaurant and accommodate guest flow.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standards.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of the Senior/General Manager.
• Maintain a cooperative working relationship with management team and crew.
• Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as warranted.
• Conduct crew and management team meetings as needed to discuss operation procedures, promotions, safety, security, training, etc.
• Maintain adequate supply of products and items necessary to operate the restaurant.
• Control inventory to meet company Food Cost Variance standard.
• Maintain reports and records in line with company standards and regulations.
• Maintain building and equipment using proper operating, cleaning, and preventive maintenance procedures.
• Responsible for all cash and adherence to cash procedures.
• Ensure personal appearance meets company standard and displays professionalism.
• Adhere to HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies to ensure a safe environment.
