Jack in the Box is seeking Assistant Managers to oversee restaurant operations alongside the Restaurant Manager in Dallas, TX. You will lead daily activities, ensure top-tier guest service, and set a positive example for the team.

Responsibilities include recruiting, training, and recognizing top performers, while upholding food quality and safety standards. A strong, energetic leader who communicates well is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of managing a service concept with full profit and loss responsibility
• High School diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Be at least 18 years old
• Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
• Ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and proof of insurance

Responsibilities

• Manage the restaurant operations in conjunction with, or in the absence of, the Restaurant Manager
• Find, train, develop and recognize the best people
• Manage daily activities to ensure guests receive excellent customer service
• Serve as a strong role model for other employees
