Job summary

AES Restaurant Group, LLC is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to guide the team in delivering a positive guest experience and uphold high standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness. You will lead, train, and coach staff while managing operations and financial results across the restaurant.

As a key leader, you will work with the General Manager to achieve high performance in areas like guest satisfaction, food cost, labor, and workplace safety, using AES systems and processes to ensure

Qualifications

• Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Stand for 8-10 hours.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Climb ladders for general maintenance.
• Able to perform bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, reaching.

Responsibilities
