Job summary

AES Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to guide the team and deliver a positive guest experience. You’ll set the tone, uphold food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards, and mentor your crew to achieve goals.

You will work closely with the General Manager to drive service, operations, and financial performance, including managing cash and inventory, coaching staff, and maintaining high standards of integrity and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Stand for 8–10 hours.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Climb ladders for maintenance.
• Bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, reaching.

Responsibilities

• Ensure your team provides outstanding service and satisfied guests.
• Hire, train & coach the team.
• Utilize AES Systems to run a great restaurant every shift, every day.
• Implement restaurant controls, especially cash & inventory.
• Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results.
