Job summary

Zax LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager at Zaxby’s in Georgia to oversee daily restaurant operations, coach staff, and ensure guest satisfaction while upholding all policies and standards.

You will lead service quality, food safety, and team development, and collaborate with the General Manager to hit targets. The role includes scheduling, training, and daily problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Open availability and ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 32 to 48 hours per week.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Successful completion of background check.
• Restaurant management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Supervise, coach, and develop team members to meet quarterly goals.
• Plan and delegate shift schedules; enforce safety, cleanliness, and food quality standards.
• Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally; communicate with General Manager.
