HAZA BELL, a Taco Bell franchisee, is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager in Capitol Heights, MD. You will support the restaurant general manager, oversee shifts, ensure safety and quality, and drive guest satisfaction while maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience in a restaurant setting.

Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: oversee daily operations, opening/closing, cash handling, and shift management.
• Team Management and Development: supervise and train crew and shift managers, schedule staffing, provide feedback.
• Customer Satisfaction: ensure exceptional service, address inquiries, resolve complaints, uphold hospitality standards.
• Financial Management: monitor sales/expenses, control costs, analyze reports to improve profitability.
• Inventory and Supply Chain Management: manage inventory, orders, storage, and rotation of products.
• Compliance and Safety: ensure health and safety compliance, conduct inspections and audits.
• Communication and Collaboration: relay updates to staff and collaborate with kitchen and support teams.
