Taco Bell is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in daily operations at the Maryland location. You will help drive guest satisfaction through leadership, team development, and adherence to Taco Bell standards.

You will oversee shifts, coaching of Team Members and Shift Leads, and ensure safety, cleanliness, and financial performance. This role offers growth within a top franchise with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory or assistant management experience in a restaurant.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.
• Ability to manage shifts, schedules and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist the restaurant general manager in daily operations, opening/closing procedures, cash handling and shift management.
• Monitor cleanliness, sanitation, and adherence to food safety standards.
• Supervise crew members and shift managers, provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Prepare reports on sales, labor, and costs; support financial targets.
• Manage inventory and ordering to minimize shortages and waste.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
