Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) in San Juan, TX is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily operations and ensure friendly, personalized service with great food delivered promptly in a clean, inviting environment.

You will assist with staffing, scheduling, training, and coaching under the General Manager, while upholding standards and promoting a fun, family-friendly dining atmosphere. Minimum 1 year of ASM experience and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Assistant Manager experience in high-volume food service.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and access to private transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; state/federal documents must be provided.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team.
• Coach, counsel and develop staff; manage team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling and equipment maintenance.
• Ensure health and safety inspections are met.
• Set a fun, family-friendly tone in the restaurant.
