Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) in Cypress, TX is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations, ensure friendly service and great food, and maintain a clean, inviting environment.

Under the General Manager, you will oversee daily operations, schedule staff, participate in hiring and training, coach team members, uphold health and safety standards, and help deliver a fun, family atmosphere for guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high volume food service.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends/holidays.
• Valid Driver's License in good standing with access to private transportation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving, decision-making and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations under the General Manager.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls and staff scheduling.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team members.
• Coach, counsel and develop staff; manage team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance and safety standards.
• Uphold health and safety inspections and a welcoming atmosphere.
