Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) seeks a Restaurant Assistant Manager to help run day-to-day operations, ensure friendly service and great food, and maintain a clean, inviting dining area in a high-volume Texas location.

You will lead a small team under the General Manager, schedule staff, manage guest relations, and uphold health and safety standards. We offer training, daily pay options, and growth opportunities for motivated team players.

Qualifications

• 1 year assistant manager experience in high-volume food service preferred.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations under the General Manager.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls and inventory.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orient new team members.
• Coach, counsel and develop staff; manage team relations.
