Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to help with daily restaurant operations and deliver friendly, personalized service with great food in a clean, inviting environment. The role requires at least 1 year of Assistant Manager experience in high-volume food service, rotating weekends/holidays, and a valid driver's license.

You will lead a team under the General Manager, training staff while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in a high-volume food service setting.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent required; state/federal documentation as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team.
• Oversee coaching, counseling, and developing staff.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management.
• Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met.
• Set the tone for a fun, family environment in the restaurant.
